Yes. Every new dog starts with a free, no-obligation daycare assessment so we can meet them, see how they settle and make sure Rootophia is the right fit. You can book one through our contact page or on WhatsApp.

Doggy daycare is open Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays. Swimming and grooming run by appointment within these hours.

Dogs attending daycare, swimming or group activities must be up to date with their core vaccinations. Puppies can join once their vaccination course is complete. We will confirm requirements at your assessment.

Yes. Our calm, one-to-one approach suits nervous, first-time and senior dogs across daycare, swimming and grooming. We introduce everything gently and at your dog's pace.
