Group Play & Interaction Risk
Dogs attending daycare will interact with other dogs. While Rootophia takes all reasonable precautions, minor or serious injuries may occur.
No Guarantee of Compatibility
Compatibility between dogs cannot be guaranteed at all times despite assessments and supervision.
Behaviour Declaration
Owners confirm full disclosure of behaviour history including aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, or previous incidents. Failure to disclose may result in removal without refund and full liability.
Liability for Damage or Injury
Owners accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog to dogs, people, staff, or property.
Limitation of Liability
Rootophia will take all reasonable care but is not liable for illness, injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Veterinary Treatment Consent
Owners authorise emergency veterinary care and agree to cover all costs incurred.
Right to Refuse or Remove Dogs
Rootophia reserves the right to refuse, remove, or suspend any dog displaying unsafe or unsuitable behaviour.
Welfare & Handling
Owners consent to their dog being handled, moved, rested, and managed appropriately for safety and welfare.
Daycare Attendance
All dogs must be assessed before joining. Daycare follows a structured, supervised routine including rest periods.
